HBO GO: Stream with TV Package App Reviews

Not mobile friendly as in impossible to see the menus on a phone, you need to sign in constantly, and why oh why do I need to sign in through a cable provider when Im subscribed through iTunes?

Do not download this app. As a result of constantly having to reactivate the app on my Samsung Smart TV and Apple TV I ended up cancelling my service altogether. Stick with Netflix. They are free and they have their product quality right.

Before chrome cast possible now it redirects you to the xfinity app which does not cast

This is out of control. Use to be great. I pay extra for HBO so I can watch during all my travel for work. I think this might be a Comcast issue. Once you log in, it wont let you get back to the application. They totally block you from using it. So lame. Comcast recently did this with the new Starz application which I also pay extra for. I cant even use it. Comcast is not an option. If HBO has any control, please fix ASAP. Otherwise, Im dropping all premium channels.

Most frustrating app in existence! Constantly have to sign in! Cuts out. Stupid horrible. Wont watch HBO again because if this terrible app. Back to go old Netflix!!

I really hate that this app wont keep you signed in. How hard is that to do?? Also, it doesnt stay connected to chromecast devices. Halfway through a movie when I need to pause it the app doesnt show me that Im even watching anything, or it will start playing the movie/show on my phone!! Seriously guys, fix your app.

Portrait mode either not working or non-existent. Chrome cast integration awful. Some videos wont play with error code.

Consumes much less power than the directv junk.

Why doesnt HBO Go work? It forces me to download the Xfinity Go app instead to watch shows or movies, so now whats the point of the HBO Go app?

Signing in on HBO Go is impossible with your Comcast Xfinity credentials. Once you select you provider and input your username & password, it logs you in on a full web version within the application. So, you have to either go back, or press cancel. Theres no way in.

Works when it wants. Sometime in the middle of a program it simply stops working.

Its shocking people still have jobs after creating something so unusable. These are professional programmers?

Its a ok app... Travel frequently and it would be great to have offline viewing!

Every time i try to sign into my time warner cable account with HBO on it , the app claims that i dont have it .. yet i turn on my tv and i have it there . i called time warner and they said that this issue is with the app .

Honestly. I was a bit nervous to download this due to the reviews. But I use it all the time and it works just fine. Zero glitches.

Oh my... This app is horrible. Such a shame.

This app used to work just fine for me, but after the last update when I try to log in I get a start up error message. Please fix! No app support at all.
