Frustrating and cumbersome!

Took four attempts to get it to authenticate on my AppleTV even though my computer where I had to activate it from said I was all set.

But my biggest complaint is how they implement Parental Controls. Every other TV app I use has a per show override with the PIN. With this App, if I want to watch Last Week Tonight on my AppleTV, I have to go to a computer, disable the Parental Controls for my entire account exposing all kinds of stuff I don’t want them to have access to. Then I have to remember to go turn Parental Controls back on from a computer. I complained about this a few years ago and HBO’s response was to explain the procedure I just did. Apparently they think it is adequate. I had canceled my subscription after that. Fast forward 2 years and still no improvement.
