Problems Logging In

Every now and then I get signed out of the app and can’t for the life of me get back in... “Looks like you’re not a DIRECTV customer” or “you are not authorized to access this app” ... I have HBO on other devices, under the same log in credentials, and I assure you I am a customer of HBO. Ludicrous.
