Poorly performing application

I am using this hbo go application on my Xbox one S as well, and you cannot watch any movie continuously at all. It freezes at certain points in the playback and then stops working and goes back to the Xbox menu. It is a 100% failure rate where if you cannot watch a whole movie before it freezes up, why are you not fixing the issue? You have to restart the app and hope it retained where you left off in the movie.
HBO, you need to put effort into this app. It doesn’t pay to have HBO if it doesn’t work. Learn from Netflix and sling tv on how to write a successful app.
